Service Description

HealthID provides a digital credential wallet for health practitioners to store, manage, and share their professional information, including registration status, qualifications, affiliation memberships, working with children check, and professional indemnity insurance details. Our service allows practitioners to instantly verify their credentials anywhere in Australia using a dynamic QR code system.

HealthID may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HealthID and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

HealthID reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australian. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the HealthID service.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

HealthID reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
